Young lad , want him to get his plaudits as rightly deserved. Very polite, well spoken , thoughtful and brilliant service. Cannot fault him and hope he is highly valued member of the team.
Food also very good. Best steak I have ever had in a harvester, for the price.. brilliant food. Overall a very pleasant experience, didn’t wait for long atall.

This place is amazing the staff are lovely and the food is top quality everything is fresh 😍 I highly recommend here it is one of if not the best harvesters around the area the atmosphere is great and staff make you feel so welcome I will definitely be returning here !

Was seated by a drafty table. I'm not normally cold in a restaurant. The food when it came was awful. Burnt jacket potato and cold, 1 piece of broccoli which was hard cold peas and slimy chicken. Ordered a decaf coffee, which was horrible 😫 and the price of food was high. Not good value. Won't be going here again.

We are regular customers but tonight the service was not what we normally receive. When we arrived it was busy and we were shown to our table. It took 10 minutes for the waitress to meet us and order our drinks. At the same time we ordered our food. It then took 10 minutes for the drinks to arrive. The food was delicious though. After we had had our meal it must have been 15 minutes before the waitress came over to us to see if we had finished. Also she never came to see if we needed any more drinks while we were having our meal. Normally we also have a dessert and more drinks but this time we just wanted to leave as the service left something to be desired. All in all very disappointing. Not the usual great service we get from the staff at Garston

Great meal after visiting Harry Potter studios. Only a few minutes down the road and easy to find.

Came here just now and waited to be seated. On at least 4 occasions the staff saw me and walked past, ignoring me. I waited, and waited and waited. Finally I gave up and left! No one asked me if I needed help and I was ignored and felt unwelcomed and unwanted. I only live down the road and am a regular but will now consider other options as this is really unacceptable.
